Refund fine print

The Genius Switch is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The notes below summarise the seller's published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms on the order page are the ones that apply.

The 90-day guarantee

Four statements point the same way:

• the sales page shows a "90-Day Money Back Guarantee (terms apply)";
• the seller's Terms say digital products are refundable "within 90 days of your initial purchase";
• the ClickBank checkout states a return or replacement window of 90 days from the date of purchase;
• the sales video calls it a "100% ironclad money back guarantee".

ClickBank's general support page says most products have a 60-day refund window. The 90 days here come from this product's own Terms and checkout, so those are the two to rely on.

A refund page for a different product

The seller's site also has a separate refund page. It is a copy of a policy for "NeuroActivate" bottles: it mentions 60 days, unopened bottles and a return address in Tallmadge, OH. None of that fits a digital audio track, and nothing needs to be posted back. We mention it only so it does not confuse you.

Asking for your money back

• Find your ClickBank receipt email; it contains your order number.
• Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 with that order number and the email you used.
• Ask well inside the 90 days and keep a note of the date you bought.

The charge appears on your card statement as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch, which helps if you need to identify the order.

If the email does not arrive

The seller says the track is emailed immediately after checkout. Check spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact the seller through the contact details on its own site, or ClickBank order support, with your order number.
